Meet Elizabeth Southard

Elizabeth grew up on a farm in a small town in Australia about 2 hours outside of Sydney.

Lacking a drama dept at her High School, her fondest memories were Choir and singing with her 5 BFF’s in a group called The Folk Group! Shout out to Don, Derelle, Jussy & Alex! They even recorded their songs in a studio and have them on a cassette tape - yes, a cassette tape! It’s in storage box somewhere!

Elizabeth was fortunate to train with Katy Wild (graduate of The Guildhall School in London) at her Acting Studio in Sydney. She worked very briefly as an actor in Sydney before moving to the US.

A proud member of both SAG/AFTRA and AEA, she has worked on stage in Orlando, Chicago and at many Los Angeles theaters including The Odyssey with directors Michael Pereztian and Steven Berkoff and her home theatre company, The Production Company, aka ProdCo, with TL Kolman and August Viverito.

She has also worked in many independent films including opposite Peter O'Meara and Ray Nicholson and has a movie on Amazon Prime - The Golden Age. Her TV work includes a recent booking on Law & Order - Organized Crime, Criminal Minds, General Hospital and others.

Highlights:

  • She ran the LA Marathon at 5 months pregnant!

  • She was a D licensed skydiver for 5 years and has over 500 jumps!

  • She plays piano & loves to compose melancholy music.

  • When not acting, writing and playing piano, she is an Uber driver to her two teenagers!
